Mashed potatoes are one of my favorite side dishes and a must have on occasions like Thanksgiving and Christmas.
These garlic mashed potatoes are so yummy and making them in the slow cooker saves time because you can prep everything quickly in the morning, dump it in the slow cooker on low and it's ready at dinner time. No more messing around with boiling water on the stove top!
Mashing the potatoes that have been cooked in the slow cooker takes about 2 seconds because the potatoes are so soft.
