Ingredients

Slow cooker contents

  • 2.5 pounds potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary dried

Mashing ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread.

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop potatoes and place into slow cooker

  2. Add milk, garlic, rosemary

  3. Set slow cooker on low heat and cook for 3-4 hours

  4. Add more milk, garlic and Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread.  and mash directly in the slow cooker

  5. Serve with toppings of your choice

Recipe Notes

Feel free to use any type of small or large potatoes for this recipe.

If cooking on high heat, the potatoes will cook in 2 hours.
