Haunted Halloween Hallway
Halloween is almost here! It's the time we've been waiting for all year!
I have been sharing some of my Halloween tutorials, party inspiration and costume ideas and today I am going to show you another part of my house that I decorated- the hallway! You may remember the original post about this hallway from a couple of years back. I showed you how I transformed my hallway into the magic marker forest. Now that it's Halloween time I thought I would show you how I turned my magic marker forest into the haunted Halloween hallway and give you some ideas for your house too.
The trees on the walls themselves make the hall seem pretty spooky to start with. I picked up some signs from the hardware store and simply tacked them up on the wall. I also cut out bats and taped them up.
Creepy eyes made out of construction paper are an easy way to make things spooky.

If there are certain rooms that you don't want guests sneaking into, you can literally block them off with chains, caution tape and signs that say "Keep Out."
A skeleton hung on the bathroom door makes an easy decoration.
No trespassing in the haunted woods please.
Hang lots of spider webs and stick spiders of all sizes in the webs.
What Halloween decorations are you working on this year? Let me know in the comments!
