Christmas Hallway Decorations
Hey Gnomies,
I finished all my shopping yesterday and I've wrapped almost everything (mental health tip: Stay away from Fred Meyer the week before Christmas if you want to stay sane!) I have a couple more handmade crochet items to finish and I'll be ready!

We will be spending Christmas morning opening presents at our house and then we are headed to my mom and dad's house for Christmas dinner with the family.
I decided to decorate one last part of my house the other day, the hallway. I painted a Magic Marker Forest mural on the walls of this hallway a couple of years ago. Check out the full post with before and after photos here.
I'll be honest, indoor photography without a natural light source only lit by Christmas lights is very challenging. My hallway looks more magical in person but I wanted to share some of my decorations with you.

I started by hanging colored lights around the doorways and along the floors between them.
Then I pinned snowflakes to the ceiling. I bought these snowflakes from Dollar Tree. There were a dozen or so in each $1 package. I hung them up with clear fishing line.
The light from the regular bulbs in the chandelier was too harsh so I wrapped some small battery operated lights from the chandelier instead. You can see the battery pack tucked up there if you look closely.
In addition to the snowflakes hanging from the ceiling I taped sparkly foam snowflakes to the walls.
Last but not least, I made this printable banner for the wall. You can download it here and print one off for yourself.
What do you think of my Winter Wonderland Christmas Hallway? Are you all ready for Christmas yet?

Hi I’m Adrienne Carrie Hubbard. I believe a rich life comes not from the things you have, but the things you do; the experiences you create and the people you meet along the way. Thanks for hanging out!
