The holidays are in full swing and I’m always looking for fun family crafts I can do with my daughter and her friends. Today’s project is a nice and easy craft that’s perfect for a rainy (or snowy) afternoon.
These cute envelopes take no time to make and the easy template makes it foolproof for the young ones or the young at heart. I downloaded the free template from Creative Fabrica.
Creative Fabrica is the go-to place for the crafting community to find all the digital assets they need like fonts, graphics, free svg’s and so much more!
Supplies needed
- Colored card stock
- Template from Creative Fabrica
- Glue stick
- Scissors

Time needed: 10 minutes
DIY Christmas Envelopes
- Download pattern
Visit Creative Fabrica to download the pattern and print it out on colored card stock.
- Cut it out
Cut along the perimeter of the design.
- Fold
Fold the envelope along the lines.
- Decorate
Use paint pens or markers to decorate the envelopes and write names on them.
- Glue it
Use a glue stick to apply glue to the side tabs. Fold in and fold the envelope together so it stay shut.
- Fill the card
Add a note or card inside the envelope and give it to a loved one.
I love crafts like these because they are simple enough that even the little ones can take part and they are versatile so you can get creative and decorate them any way you like.
