of pumpkin seeds

of coconut oil

of curry powder
.5 teaspoon of salt
.5 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
preheat oven to 275 degrees
In a bowl mix the seeds, coconut oil and seasonings
Spread out seeds on a baking sheet on parchment paper
Bake for 20 minutes
Let seeds cool for 10 minutes before eating
