This milk jug bird bird feeder is a great craft for kids to make this spring. Wild birds will flock to your yard for a tasty snack out of this recycled plastic jug. Teach kids about recycling and learn about birds while crafting this fun art project.

SUPPLIES FOR MILK JUG BIRD FEEDER

- One gallon milk jug  - Permanent marker  - Scissors or a knife

- Craft paint  - String  - Bird seed

DIRECTIONS FOR RECYCLED BIRD FEEDER

1. Rinse milk jug out with water.  2. Draw circles on the sides with the permanent marker.  3. Cut the circles out so that there are openings on each side of the jug.

4. Paint the outside of the jug with craft paint.  5. Poke holes in the lid.  6. Feed through 2 feet of string and tie it.

7. Twist the lid back on.  8. Fill the center of the jug with birdseed.  9. Hang your bird feeder. 1 0. Watch the birds fly up to your feeder.
