HOW TO CLEAN CAST IRON STOVE GRATES

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START

Before cleaning your cast iron stove grating, make sure that it is in working order. Check for cracks or holes in the grating and if there are any, repair them before starting. You may need to replace the grate entirely if it has been badly damaged.
