Take a sheet of paper and fold it diagonally both ways. Unfold and flatten the paper. Flip it over.

Fold up the bottom corner to the center of the paper. Rotate the paper 180 degrees and fold the bottom corner all the way up to the top.

Take the bottom corners and fold them up to the center. It will now start to resemble a heart. Flip the paper over.
