Tin Heart Bunting
Hey Gnomies,
I have a quick and fun decor tutorial for you today.
This tin heart bunting is super easy to make. You see, the tin is actually vinyl! I had a few scraps left over from my kitchen backsplash project last month. The vinyl panels are from DIY Decor Store and are plastic manufactured to look like tin. They are meant to be used for a backsplash, but I easily cut my scrap pieces with scissors into heart shapes to make this tin heart bunting.
The picture above is what the full vinyl panel looks like.
I cut a simple heart template from paper and taped it to the vinyl. Then I cut around it with regular craft scissors.
Next, I made a hole in each side with a hole punch.
Then I strung the hearts from yarn.
I used clear thumbtacks to attach it to the wall.
This little bunting banner is hung up in my craft room right now. I love how it turned out.
