I've shared lots of photos of my house on this blog but I haven't shown you the kitchen...until now!
The kitchen is one of the first rooms in the house I painted when we moved in and I regret forgetting to take "before" photos. It was originally decorated in ugly 80's floral wallpaper and the cabinets were dark colored faux wood. My friend and her kids came over and helped me paint all the cabinets and the walls. It was a long and tedious process.

The wall color is called Swap Green. When I purchased the paint I accidentally pointed to the wrong color on the paint chip and didn't notice until I got home. Because I am cheap and lazy I decided just to paint it that color. I'm actually quite happy with how it looks. It is pretty close to the color I wanted anyways.
